美孚防冻液 Mobilube Antifreeze

美孚防冻液为乙二醇型，是具有防锈及防腐蚀性能的优良品质冷却液。

特性与优点

1.适合四季使用。

2.夏日亦可防止发动机过热，水箱沸腾，提高冷却系统的工作效率。

3.有效防止生锈及腐蚀。

4.沸点比水高，可减少冷却液蒸发及水垢产生。

5.适用于铸铁及铸铝发动机。

6.可使用一般自来水配制水箱液。

7.冰点可达-45℃

适用范围：

适用于内燃机冷却水系统。

防冻液的冰点是由乙二醇的含量决定的。乙二醇含量越高，防冻能力越强。40%的乙二醇和60%的软水混合成的防冻液，防冻温度为-25℃；当防冻液中乙二醇和水各占50%时，防冻温度为-35cC。一般乙二醇在冷却液中合理含量应为40%～60%之间。但如果浓度过高，将会造成散热效果不好，发动机过热。这主要是因为乙二醇的比重比水低。这种危害在发动机中小负荷运转时不太明显，但大负荷高速运转时会造成冷却液温度过高。所以在配制防冻液时，应根据环境使用温度确定乙醇和水的混合比。

Scope of application:

Suitable for the cooling water system of internal combustion engine.

The freezing point of antifreeze is determined by the amount of glycol. The higher the glycol content, the stronger the antifreeze ability. 40% of ethylene glycol and 60% soft water mixed into antifreeze, antifreeze temperature is -25 degrees; when antifreeze in ethylene glycol and water each account for 50%, the antifreeze temperature is -35cC. The average content of glycol in coolant should be between 40% and 60%. But if the concentration is too high, it will cause poor heat dissipation and overheating of the engine. This is mainly because the weight of ethylene glycol is lower than that of water. This kind of damage is less obvious when the engine is running in small or medium load, but it will cause the coolant temperature to be too high at high speed. Therefore, in the preparation of antifreeze, we should determine the mixing ratio of ethanol and water according to the environmental temperature.
